These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Noss Community platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Noss Community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Membership
Membership to Noss Community is subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Members are required to pay a membership fee of ₹500 plus payment gateway charges per month.
Your membership will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
3. User Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully when interacting with other members. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.
You agree not to use the Noss Community platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
We take the security and privacy of meeting transcripts seriously. All transcripts are stored securely and are only accessible to the meeting participants and authorized Noss staff.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Noss Community platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Noss Community and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but grant Noss Community a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Noss Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
