Refunds & Cancellation Policy
This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which members can cancel their subscription to Noss Community and request refunds.
1. Subscription Model
Noss Community operates on a monthly subscription model. Members are charged ₹500 plus applicable payment gateway charges per month for access to our platform and services.
2. Cancellation of Membership
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings on our platform. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to all Noss Community features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle.
- You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund as outlined in Section 3 of this policy.
To cancel your membership, log in to your account, navigate to "Account Settings," and select "Cancel Membership." Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
3. Refund Policy
If you cancel your membership before the end of your current billing period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription:
- Refunds will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in your current billing cycle.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after your cancellation request is successfully processed.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription.
Please note that payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
4. Special Circumstances
In certain special circumstances, we may consider full refunds:
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
- If you mistakenly sign up for a duplicate subscription.
These special circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@noss.community to discuss such situations.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- If you violate our Terms & Conditions, resulting in termination of your account.
- For unused portions of your subscription if you simply did not use the services.
- If your request falls outside the refund timeframe specified in Section 3.
6. Refund Process
After your cancellation request is processed:
- You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation and any applicable refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new policy on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.
